A2C Academy Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://a2cacademy.org website (the "Service") operated by A2C Academy ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. The Terms and Conditions agreement for A2 Academy has been created with the help of Terms Feed.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Payments, Credits, and Refunds Policy Highlights
When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you aren’t happy with your content, A2C Academy offers a 30-day refund or credit for most content purchases if you haven’t started using our services.
If you have begun consuming our classes within the 30 days after your purchasing date, you will have 3( three) days to get a refund from the first day you started the live or recorded class, including the live Q&A sessions.
Due to your health reason, If you have to cancel your classes after 30 days of purchase, you will receive an A2C credit based on the remaining unused service as the A2C credits. Which can be used by your family and friends by written requests.

Promotion
The prices of content on A2C Academy are determined based on each class and instr. In some instances, the price of the content offered on the A2C Academy website may not be exactly the same as the price offered on our partner’s websites and our mobile applications, due to our partner and mobile platform providers’ pricing systems and their policies around implementing sales and promotions.
We occasionally run promotions and sales for our content, during which certain content is available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to the content will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the content (at checkout). Any price offered for particular content may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available only to new users.
Payments
You agree to pay the fees for content that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as Boleto, SEPA, direct debit, or mobile wallet) for those fees. A2C Academy works with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. We may update your payment methods using the information provided by our payment service providers. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.
When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the content you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payment.
Refunds and Refund Credits
If the content you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 10 days of your purchase of the content and 3 days you have started your classes, that A2C Academy apply a refund to your account less than the bank service charges.
We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on the capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from which you purchased your content (website, mobile or TV app), and other factors.
No refund is due to you if you request it after the 10-day guarantee time limit has passed. However, if you have health reasons that you can not finish the classes you have purchased, we will issue the A2C credits for the remaining unused services.
A2C Academy also reserves the right to refund students beyond the 10-day limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next content purchase on our website. Refund credits may expire if not used within one year and have no cash value, in each case unless otherwise required by applicable law.
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of the content that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded the content, we reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to the content due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
Gift and Promotional Codes
A2C Academy or our partners may offer gift and promotional codes to students. Certain codes may be redeemed for gift or promotional credits applied to your A2C Academy account, which then may be used to purchase eligible content on our platform, subject to the terms included with your codes. Other codes may be directly redeemable for specific content.
These codes and credits, as well as any promotional value linked to them, may expire if not used within the period specified in your A2C Academy account. Gift and promotional codes offered by A2C Academy may not be refunded for cash, unless otherwise specified in the terms included with your codes or as required by applicable law. Gift and promotional codes offered by a partner are subject to that partner’s refund policies. If you have multiple saved credit amounts, A2C Academy may determine which of your credits to apply to your purchase.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
